Here is the event report from Monday October the 10th. Oiso Long Beach was where the OPTION 30th Anniversary CARAVAN car meet was held.
Last month we had a booth at the R’s Meeting. That time it rained almost the whole day. This time the weather was at it’s best. This time, we had the ARMS turbos, Titanium exhausts, LSD and application specific fuel pump kits on display. Yamaken’s S14 Kouki Demo car was also on display. Yamaken was also there on the day to talk with the public. This event had a lot of manufacturers there on the day too. Showcasing all their new products.
The editors of Option Magazine arranged a public interview with all the manufacturers. For the public. We had our manager up on stage. Mr. Satoi, answering questions about our new ARMS turbos, Titanium Mufflers, 1JZ turbo kits, camshafts and more.
Again the 1JZ engine was a popular topic for our customers who are eagerly awaiting for the new Tomei products to be released. The EVO 10 exhausts as well are still a hot item here in Japan. GTR owners are also itching to get their hands on the upcoming Expreme Ti Exhauts systems too. This event had a competition for the best custom tuned and modified car, so there were many cars on display. There were guests who came all the way from Okinawa as well.

This event has been going for more than a decade now, growing each time. More cars and visitors made the pilgrimage this year to be at the show. It was great to see that the tuning scene is still strong in Japan with more exciting new modified cars. The atmosphere was very good as we all had the chance to meet face to face and talk about our passion with end users. Hearing their feedback directly as well.
